Requirements
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate shear equipment to cut materials accurately and efficiently
- Read work orders and production drawings
- Measure and verify materials before cutting
- Inspect finished parts for quality
- Keep materials organized and minimize waste
- Work with your team to keep production moving
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
You don't need to know everything on day one—we'll train the right person.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented
- Mechanically inclined
- Comfortable using measuring tools
- Dependable and reliable
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Willing to learn
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements
This position requires:
- Standing throughout the shift
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Working in a manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
