Position Overview

As a Key Holder, you will serve as a vital member of our management support team. You’ll help lead daily store operations, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with opening and closing procedures. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to develop leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support management with daily store operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security
  • Maintain knowledge of store products, policies, and operational procedures
  • Help train and support new team members
  • Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing
  • Promote teamwork and a positive store culture

Requirements

 Our Best Fit Candidates Would Have:

  • Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by example and support team success
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Comfortable wearing western boots while working
  • Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds
  • Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and store technology
