What You'll Do:

  • Run residential service calls — diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems and fixtures
  • Perform water heater service and installation, drain cleaning, and leak repairs
  • Educate customers on their options and provide honest recommendations
  • Complete accurate work orders and maintain your service vehicle
  • Deliver a five-star experience on every call

Requirements

 What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience (required)
  • Tradesman Plumber-Limited or Journeyman Plumber license issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) preferred — we'll support your path to licensing
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (required)
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills — you represent the brand on every call
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
