In-Home CNA for Seniors: Saturdays & Sundays

At Home Care Partners, you’ll provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. This is not a facility role—you’ll work directly with clients, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent while building real relationships along the way.

We’re currently hiring weekend-only caregivers to support clients across Lincoln on Saturdays and Sundays. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants meaningful, consistent weekend work while keeping their weekday schedule open.

What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters)

• Build consistent relationships and provide meaningful companionship
• Support personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) with dignity and respect
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Assist with meals, errands, and daily routines
• Provide medication reminders and safe transfers
• Document care and communicate updates so we can support each client effectively

This role is about more than tasks—it’s about showing up for someone who depends on you.

What to Expect from Scheduling

We aim to create schedules that are consistent and aligned with your availability, while still meeting client needs.

Weekend-only caregivers should be available to work consistent Saturday and/or Sunday shifts.

Shift options may include:

• Mornings: 8 AM – 12 PM
• Afternoons: 12 PM – 5 PM
• Evenings: 5 PM – 9 PM
• Awake Overnights: 9 PM – 8 AM

You’ll be scheduled with clients based on your weekend availability, client needs, and overall fit. This helps create consistency for both you and the client.

Requirements

• At least 19 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and empathy for others
