As our Digital Media Specialist, you'll spend much of your time behind the camera and in the editing suite - filming at job sites, photographing completed projects, documenting company events, and creating engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives. If you're energized by producing high-quality visual content, bringing stories to life through video and photography, and creating media that drives engagement, we'd love to hear from you!

  • Manage image selection, retouching, color correction, and optimization for digital and print use.

Videography & Video Production

  • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media, YouTube, website features, recruiting efforts, promotional campaigns, and company events.
  • Capture on-location footage at customer projects, company branches, manufacturer facilities, trade events, and community initiatives.
  • Create short-form mobile-first content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
  • Conduct interviews and gather behind-the-scenes footage that showcases customer success stories, employee experiences, and project highlights.
  • Operate and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, drones, audio systems, and other production gear.

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit engaging and professional video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and related Creative Cloud applications.
  • Perform color correction, audio enhancement, motion graphics integration, and post-production finishing.
  • Develop content optimized for multiple platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
  • Create highlight reels, event recaps, training videos, promotional content, and branded storytelling pieces.
  • Manage production workflows from concept through final delivery.

Social Media & Content Distribution

  • Publish and distribute photo and video content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
  • Write engaging captions and supporting copy that complement visual storytelling.
  • Assist with content planning and scheduling through Sprout Social.
  • Capture and share real-time content from events, job sites, and company activities.
  • Monitor engagement and contribute to community management efforts.
