Cherry Hills Country Club is seeking an energetic, organized, and member-focused Bartender to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organized, and enjoys providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently during busy service periods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Restock snacks, beverages, liquor, paper products, and other inventory as needed.
• Take food orders from members and guests, clearly communicate and write orders for the cook, and ensure orders are accurate.
• Keep all work areas clean, sanitized, and organized during and at the end of each shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Provide friendly, professional service while creating a welcoming experience for members and guests.
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and club policies and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous  bartending experience preferred.
• Ability to make drinks quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:

This is a full-time seasonal position offered at $20 per hour plus service charge pool.

• Sick pay up to 48 hours a year - accrued based on hours worked
