Job Description
Provide safe, compassionate pediatric nursing care in Lebanon, assessing patients, administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, educating families, and coordinating with the healthcare team to improve outcomes.
Key Performance Indicators:
• Deliver evidence-based pediatric care consistently
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Reduce pediatric complications through monitoring
• Support families with clear discharge education
• Coordinate care to meet clinical timelines
Qualifications:
• 3+ years pediatric nursing experience
• Registered Nurse license in Lebanon
• BLS certification (or equivalent)
• Strong pediatric assessment and triage experience
• Ability to work in fast-paced clinical settings
