[LTA-PT] DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUSINESS CONTINUITY AND PREPAREDNESS[What you will be working on]
InfraCo SG oversees the full spectrum of facility management and operations of the RTS Link Woodlands North Station, a dedicated cross-border rail station connecting Singapore and Malaysia. The division is responsible for ensuring the station functions safely, reliably, and to the standards expected of Singapore's public transport network. Beyond operational excellence, the division is committed to cultivating a station experience and identity that reflects the significance of Woodlands North as a gateway between the two countries.
You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring that RTS Link Woodlands North Station is prepared to respond to, manage, and recover from emergencies and operational disruptions. Operating in a cross-border environment with agencies and counterparts from both Singapore and Malaysia, you will develop and maintain the frameworks and plans that underpin the station's emergency response and business continuity capabilities.
You will play a key role in:
Develop and maintain the station's incident management framework, emergency response plan and business continuity plan, ensuring that they remain current, operationally sound, and reflective of the station's bilateral operating environment.
Develop and establish the cross-border emergency protocol governing incident notification, joint response, jurisdictional coordination, and inter-agency communication between Singapore and Malaysian emergency agencies.
Serve as the working-level liaison with Singapore emergency agencies including SCDF, SPF, and ICA on emergency preparedness matters, ensuring agency requirements are incorporated into station plans.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct the station's exercise programme including Tabletop Exercises, Ground Deployment Exercises, and agency-led drills, designing scenarios that test concurrent incident management across both sides of the station.
Conduct after-action review process for all exercises and incidents to identify gaps, assign remediation actions, track closure, and update plans and protocols accordingly.
[What we are looking for]
Knowledge in safety management, engineering, or a related field, with some relevant experience in emergency preparedness, business continuity, or operational resilience in a transport, infrastructure, or public safety environment.
Preferably 2 years of experience working with or within organisations involved in national or large-scale events.
Experience designing and conducting exercises including tabletop exercises, functional exercises, or full-scale drills.
Understanding of business continuity planning principles including scenario-based plan development, recovery time objectives, and minimum operating requirements.
Ability to coordinate across multiple agencies and strong written communication and documentation discipline.
Calm and structured under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without defaulting to sequential problem-solving.
