About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement impactful change management communications strategies using the ADKAR model to support organizational transformations (e.g., systems migration, process improvements). This includes developing comprehensive communication materials to drive an increase in awareness and change readiness, directly supporting the scaling of PCMC initiatives.
Conceptualize, produce, and deliver high-quality video content from initial ideation and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final delivery, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva etc.
Craft engaging written content and design for various internal communications channels (e.g., end to end campaigns, presentations, internal websites) to support Group Tech communications.
Develop and execute comprehensive internal campaigns, analysing campaign performance and optimizing strategies for maximum impact, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across the various touch points.
Manage all aspects of video production, including handling logistics such as equipment setup, stakeholders’ coordination and video editing. You will also ensure smooth production during the actual shoots and maintain high standards throughout the post-production process.
Collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the bank, presenting ideas clearly and concisely to ensure group-wide alignment and successful project execution of key initiatives.
Contribute to a variety of cross-functional engagement tasks, demonstrating versatility and resourcefulness (e.g., project management, agent development and creation of communication toolkits).
Design, develop and roll out programmes that bring to life the people change strategy through the execution of end-to-end engagement initiatives like Tech Talk.
Skills and Experience:
Minimally 5-8 years of experience in communications, with a proven track record in video production, editing and graphic design.
Strong storytelling skills and a creative vision for crafting compelling visual narratives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimization.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in software (e.g., Adobe Premier Pro, Canva etc.).
Experience with change management communication is highly desirable, particularly with the ADKAR model.
A strong interest and demonstrable skills in new technologies and tools, particularly those related to AI and agent development, will be a significant asset.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholder groups to ensure group-wide alignment.
