Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
  • Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
  • Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies

Requirements

To be a top candidate you will:

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Have At least 2 years’ in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Pass a criminal background check
