Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Manage customer sample requests via approved channels (e.g., SFDC), ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Create, validate, and maintain sample orders and invoice-related data in SAP/ERP systems.
  • Liaise with Sales, requestors, and customers to clarify requirements, lead times, order status, and invoicing matters.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Logistics, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant and timely sample preparation and delivery.
  • Monitor order fulfilment and shipment progress, proactively addressing delays, discrepancies, or documentation issues.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Provide timely updates and clear communication to stakeholders on order and delivery status.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order management and customer service processes.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience through responsive, professional, and solution-oriented support.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related function (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and/or SFDC will be an added advantage.
  • Strong business-level English communication skills (written and verbal), with ability to engage stakeholders across levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Independent, proactive, and solutions-driven, with strong teamwork, adaptability, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to perform shift work
