Position Overview

As a Warehouse/Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently executing tasks related to product processing, packaging, and warehouse organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Production Line Operations: Assist in the daily setup, operation, and teardown of processing and packaging machinery.
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility using manual equipment or forklifts (training provided).
  • Quality Control: Inspect products on the line to ensure they meet our strict quality and safety standards.
  • Inventory & Staging: Organize warehouse inventory, prepare shipments, and ensure accurate labeling.
  • Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company and OSHA standards.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be able to learn quickly and multitask
  • Must be able to read, understand, and answer questions in English
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs to 40lbs daily
  • Must be able to work in a drug free atmosphere
  • Must be able to stand and walk for entire work shift
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Must be able to accept constructive criticism
  • Must be able to use a tape gun and box cutter

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience working in warehouse environments

Physical Demands:

The following physical demands are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
  • Must be able to traverse and access any/all areas of the warehouse
  • Ability to work in a warehouse climate with a broad temperature range
