About the Role

Location: Remote - Must live in the Pensacola, FL area to attend local events as needed

Department: Talent Acquisition

Schedule: Full time

Salary range: $59,141.49 - $82,439.60 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Assess organizational strategic plans and develop recruitment strategies to meet short and long term hiring goals in order to achieve successful delivery of recruitment targets.
  • Research and source candidates to fill open requisitions using technology based search techniques and establish external relationships.
  • Consult with hiring managers to clarify specific job objectives, requirements, and preferences.
  • Perform local and nationwide targeted searches, generate candidate leads, and develop lists of potential candidates.
  • Work with HR Partners and Compensation to identify salary offer guidelines and extend offers to candidates.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need

  • Ability to stay organized and collaborate well with others.
  • Project management experience.
  • Passion for mission driven work and making positive impacts in lives of others.
