Minimum Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between kitchen and service staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a high-volume or fine dining establishment.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software.
- Certification in food handling or safety (e.g., ServSafe).
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
- Bilingual abilities to support diverse team and customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the timely delivery of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area.
- Inspect each dish for presentation, accuracy, and quality before it leaves the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Prioritize and organize orders during peak service times to maintain efficiency.
- Assist in resolving any order discrepancies or customer concerns related to food service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station and surrounding areas.
- Support training and onboarding of new front-of-house or kitchen staff as needed.
