Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Director of Facilities for Sodexo supporting Vincennes Community School Corporation in Vincennes, Indiana.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Lead Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations across eight school district buildings
• Direct maintenance, custodial, grounds, and facility operations while leading a high-performing facilities team
• Serve as the primary liaison to the Superintendent and district leadership, providing proactive communication and operational reporting
• Manage district-wide renovation and construction projects while serving as the owner's representative with contractors and vendors
• Oversee departmental budgets, financial performance, operational planning, and continuous process improvement
• Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations that support students, staff, and the community

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience REQUIRED
• Minimum Five Years of Management Experience REQUIRED
• Minimum Five Years of Facilities Operations Experience REQUIRED
• Demonstrated Project Management Experience Leading Building Renovation and Construction Projects as Owner's Representative REQUIRED
• Strong Client Relationship Management Experience Working with Senior District Leadership REQUIRED
• Extensive Experience Managing Facilities Maintenance, Custodial Operations, Grounds Operations, and Synthetic Turf Maintenance REQUIRED
• Experience Managing Operational Budgets and Financial Performance REQUIRED
• Strong Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills REQUIRED
• Ability to Work Occasional Nights and Weekends as Needed
