Job Description

As a Front Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. You will support daily administrative operations, coordinate office activities, and help maintain a welcoming and efficient workplace. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation.
  • Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Support multiple departments with daily administrative needs.
  • Ensure the reception and common areas remain organized and presentable.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
