About the Role

Now Hiring: Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator | Raleigh NC Oral Surgery + Orthodontics

We are currently looking for an experienced  Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our warm, welcoming, and supportive team in Raleigh, NC!


Key Tasks & Responsibilities Include: 

  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system while providing exceptional customer service to patients and families.
  • Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments for our Orthodontist to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain organized and productive provider schedules by minimizing gaps and maximizing appointment availability.
  • Collect, process, and post patient payments in accordance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Present treatment plans and clearly explain insurance benefits, payment options, and estimated out-of-pocket costs.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient records in Dolphin software.
  • Ensure the front office, reception area, and patient lobby remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive patient experience and supportive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of dental front office experience

  • Experience in Orthodontics is a plus

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail

  • A positive attitude and team player mentality

  • Proficiency with computers and practice management software (Dolphin is a plus!)

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to lift up 15 - 20 lbs.
