JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
- Responsible to achieve the sales KPI by increasing the performance of the Enterprise Dealer Sales Distribution
- Develop and grow the Enterprise Distribution channel in respective regions
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly performance business review with channel partners to improve sales productivity and efficiency
- Passionate and Entrepreneurial sales professional with a proactive and growth mind set approach
REQUIREMENTS:
Principal Accountability:
- Meet and exceed all monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota by effectively using dealer to prospect all Enterprise customers and to leverage cross – sell and up-sell opportunities
- Effectively managed dealers prospect to generate leads, develop, and close sales opportunities and has a full understanding of buying process and urgency in customers specific decision making and purchasing process
- End to end dealer lifecycle from Identify, recruit, on-board, develop and exit channel partners if required
- Ensure channel partners are equipped product portfolio knowledge, relevant sales skills ,tools and ensure the channels are within compliance of the organization guidelines and sales operating procedures (SOP)
- Leadership qualities to guide & coordinate with channel partners to plan, identify new sales opportunities & initiatives.
- Create and execute strategic go to market plans and drive revenue for the dealer sales.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, Programs and partnership teams to optimize go to market strategy and processes.
- Provide quantitative/ qualitative dealer performance & analysis to inform team on general trends, product and competitors.
- Ensure solid good customer experience by managing the customers relationship by problem solving and solutioning.
