About the Role

Are you passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and delivering exceptional guest service? We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused team member to join our restaurant team!



What You'll Do:

  • Welcome every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Assist the host or hostess with seating guests and maintaining a smooth flow of service.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, beverages, wine pairings, and menu preparation.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our menu offerings, daily specials, wines, and key ingredients to confidently guide guests in their selections.
  • Deliver attentive, professional service that enhances each guest’s dining experience.
  • Accurately process payments and maintain compliance with all cash handling and financial procedures.

Requirements

Must be available to work a flexible schedule including Weekends and/or Holidays.

  • Shift consists of Breakfast and Lunch Service. 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
  • Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity
  • Previous guest service experience is required.
  • Cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Conveys company information, decision, or problems to appropriate parties on a timely basis.
  • Works to resolve disagreements and is respectful of guests and co-workers.
  • Hearing, writing, typing.
  • Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Must be licensed to serve alcohol.
  • Must possess unexpired or obtain an Indiana Server permit within 14 days of employment.
