About the role
We have an opportunity for a Training Officer to be part of our (add business unit / command) team. The Training Officer develops and delivers training on NSWPF systems. The role is responsible for the coordination of training resources and the management of training schedules and assists with change management.

Target Question 1:
Wireless communication systems are critical to frontline policing operations. How would you manage training across a department to maintain staff currency and ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety/industry requirements?
Target Question 2:
How would you determine the technical training requirements for a wireless communications work team, ensuring alignment with industry standards, operational needs, and organisational priorities? Please describe the process you would use to conduct a training needs analysis and how you would translate the findings into an effective training program.
