About the role

We have an opportunity for a Technical Support Officer to be part of our Strategy and Operations, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Technical Support Officer provides broad-ranging support to users, undertake hardware engineering and software configuration activities, troubleshoots and resolves issues across NSWPF ICT environment.

The preferred candidate should have Knowledge of ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, Samsung Knox, iOS and Android Mobile Devices, advanced excel and PowerBI skill, stakeholder management, business process development and optimisation, strong communication skills.
