As Senior Manager in the ERP Transformation Management Office, you will work close to senior leaders, programme
streams and key stakeholders to help turn strategy into clear priorities, decisions and execution. This role is well suited for a senior transformation professional who thrives in a complex, international environment and wants to be part of a high-priority programme with strong
leadership attention and significant enterprise-wide impact.
Core Responsibilities
Shape and strengthen the programme management foundation for one of the LEGO Group’s most important global transformations
Create clear, consistent transparency on programme progress, dependencies, capacity, decisions and risks, enabling leaders to act with confidence
Prepare high-quality decision material and leadership updates for senior stakeholders, including Steering Committees and programme leadership forums
Drive governance routines, programme management disciplines and ways of working that help global teams deliver with clarity, pace and quality
Support a strong onboarding experience for global end users and programme stakeholders as we transition to SAP S/4HANA
Connect the programme-wide engagement and communication approach to stream-specific needs, including newsletters, townhalls, leadership updates and targeted stakeholder communication
Lead cross-programme initiatives such as onboarding sessions, cross-functional alignment
forums, ad hoc analyses and improvement initiatives
Build stakeholder buy-in through clear, targeted and impactful communication, helping diverse functional and geographical teams stay aligned and engaged

The Global ERP Transformation is a critical enterprise programme that will help build the foundation for the future growth of the LEGO Group as we move from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. We are creating future-ready solutions that enable our strategic ambitions and support more integrated, scalable and efficient ways of working across the business.
You will join a team of experienced programme and transformation professionals who are trusted to enable end-to-end delivery across the programme. Together, we work closely with programme streams, functional leaders and senior stakeholders to keep the transformation focused on the right priorities, milestones, quality, risks and business readiness. You will have the chance to influence how a large-scale transformation is set up, governed and delivered, while collaborating with highly skilled colleagues across functions, markets
and leadership levels.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience & expertise
Significant experience in transformation management, programme management or project
management in a complex global environment
Experience with large-scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA, and a strong understanding of the business change involved
Solid understanding of finance processes and how ERP solutions integrate with broader business processes
Proven ability to manage complex programmes with multiple dependencies, stakeholders and decision points
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with multiple stakeholders across functions, markets and seniority levels
Impact & delivery mindset
Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect programme priorities to strategic and operational outcomes
Ability to establish structure, create transparency and drive delivery to plan in a fast-movingenvironment
Communication & stakeholder management
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across global andcross-functional teams
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with impact to diverse audiences, includingsenior leadership
Proven ability to build strong networks, facilitate alignment and influence decisions withoutrelying on formal authority
Collaboration & leadership
Strong team player who can work effectively across global, cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups. Ability to work independently on key deliverables and provide day-to-day leadership to junior team members
Proactive and pragmatic, with the confidence to step into new areas, solve problems and supportpeers when needed.
