En tant que Chargé de Clientèle Grands Comptes H/F chez Edenred France, vous serez responsable du développement et de la fidélisation d'un portefeuille de clients stratégiques. Votre mission principale sera de comprendre leurs besoins, de leur proposer des solutions adaptées et d'assurer une excellente qualité de service.

Responsabilités

* Développer le chiffre d'affaires et la rentabilité du portefeuille de clients grands comptes qui vous est confié.
* Établir et entretenir des relations privilégiées avec les décideurs clés chez les clients (DRH, DAF, Directions Générales, etc.).
* Identifier et analyser les besoins spécifiques des clients pour leur proposer des solutions Edenred personnalisées (titres-restaurant, titres cadeaux, solutions de mobilité, etc.).
* Négocier et conclure des contrats, en veillant à la satisfaction du client et à la rentabilité pour l'entreprise.
* Assurer le suivi commercial et administratif des dossiers clients, en collaboration avec les équipes internes (marketing, service client, etc.).
* Réaliser des reportings réguliers sur l'activité commerciale et les résultats obtenus.
* Participer à des événements professionnels (salons, conférences) pour représenter Edenred et développer votre réseau.
* Veiller à la veille concurrentielle et aux évolutions du marché.

Qualifications

* Bac +3/5 en commerce, gestion ou équivalent.
* Minimum 5 ans d'expérience réussie dans la vente de services en B2B auprès de grands comptes.
* Excellente connaissance des techniques de vente et de négociation.
* Capacité à bâtir et entretenir des relations de confiance avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.
* Forte orientation client et résultats.
* Autonomie, proactivité et sens de l'organisation.
* Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office) et d'un CRM.
* Permis B indispensable.
* Une connaissance du secteur des avantages sociaux et de la rémunération serait un plus.
