About the Role

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or hospitality is required.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with guest services in a restaurant or hotel setting is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.

Typical Shift Times:

  • 10AM-6PM
  • 2PM-12AM

  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
