Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring Manufacturing Assemblers for Southwire in El Paso, Texas.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Operate production lines while following established production standards and operating procedures
• Perform continuity testing to verify product quality and compliance
• Mold plugs onto electrical cords and package finished products into proper sleeves and cartons
• Seal cartons, palletize finished products, and prepare shipments for distribution
• Perform visual inspections to verify wire quality and specification compliance
• Read production breakdowns to determine correct wire lengths and production requirements
• Set up and operate coiling equipment while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Remove outer wire jackets according to production specifications while maintaining quality standards

COMPENSATION
• $31,200 Annual Salary

SCHEDULE
• Full-Time
• On-Site Manufacturing Position
• Overtime Available Based on Production Needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
• Previous Manufacturing Experience REQUIRED
• Ability to Lift Up to 45 Pounds REQUIRED
• Reliable Transportation REQUIRED
• Strong Attendance Record REQUIRED
• Ability to Work in a Manufacturing Environment REQUIRED
• Ability to Follow Safety Procedures and Production Standards REQUIRED
