About the Role


Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager

We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team.

The Personal Lines Account Manager supports the sale of and provides service for personal insurance customers. This role is responsible for changes, updates, and value-added services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices
  • Process endorsements for clients
  • Manage a diverse book of house accounts
  • Cross sell additional lines of business to existing customers (Once licensed)
  • Support designated sales staff
  • Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
  • Appropriately document contact opportunities
  • Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindset

 

 Qualifications:

  • Carrier Knowledge required
  • Able to handle renewals and re-shop as needed
  • Able to handle endorsements with carriers and review for accuracy-purposes
  • Able to work on Risk Control recommendations
  • Able to work on Notice of Cancellations and seek reinstatement
  • Able to handle other duties as needed
