Stellenbeschreibung

  • Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter:in wickeln Sie direkt oder im Team mit dem zugehörigen Außendienst Kundenaufträge reibungslos, termingerecht, kundenorientiert und wirtschaftlich ab.
  • Außerdem übernehmen Sie die technische Beratung der Kundschaft und erstellen Angebote.
  • Zudem üben Sie aktiven sowie passiven Telefonverkauf aus und bedienen die Abholkundschaft.
  • Sie geben produktbezogene Auskünfte und unterbreiten Lösungsvorschläge.
  • Des Weiteren wirken Sie bei Beratungs-, Vortrags-, Messe- und ähnlichen Veranstaltungen mit.
  • Nicht zuletzt prüfen Sie Kundenanforderungen in Bezug auf technische Realisierbarkeit und bieten fachliche Alternativen an.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: Produkt- und Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Sanitär/Heizung/Klima, technische Kompetenz
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Sie sind ein zuverlässiger und strukturierter Teamplayer, der auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf behält
  • Sprachen: sehr gutes Deutsch
