Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Analyst, Mobility & Immigrations EMEA/APAC, located in Manila, Philippines. 

This role sits within Global Services and focuses on the execution and operational support of mobility and immigration processes across EMEA and APAC. As part of a high-impact HR services team, you will help enable the seamless movement of talent across borders—supporting business growth while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate and execute mobility and immigration processes, including visa applications, work permits, and relocation activities 
• Support the end-to-end administration of employee moves across EMEA and APAC, ensuring a timely and compliant experience 
• Manage case documentation and maintain accurate records in line with data privacy and regulatory requirements 
• Partner with internal HR teams, employees, and external vendors to track case status and resolve issues 
• Assist in administering mobility-related compensation, benefits, and relocation support programs 
• Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries, providing clear and timely guidance on mobility processes 
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all activities 
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, tools, and service delivery 
• Execute assigned mobility program activities and support broader operational plans 

 

Qualifications 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field preferred) 
 Master’s degree or HR-related certifications preferred 

 

Experience and Skills: 

Required: 
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in HR, global mobility, immigration, or a shared services environment 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines 
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information 
• Effective communication skills and ability to work across cultures and geographies 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
• Ability to follow established processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations 
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment 

Preferred: 
• Exposure to global mobility, immigration, or relocation processes 
• Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) or case management tools 
• Familiarity with immigration regulations within EMEA and APAC regions 
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or service providers 
• Understanding of mobility-related compensation, benefits, or tax considerations 
• Experience in process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives 
• Experience working in a global or matrixed organization 

 

Other: 

• Languages: Spanish and English required 
• Travel: Minimal travel required (primarily regional, as needed) 
• Certifications: Global Mobility or HR certifications (preferred, not required)
