Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Analyst, Total Rewards EMEA, located in Manila, Philippines. 

The Analyst, Total Rewards EMEA delivers administration, and execution of compensation and benefits programs across the EMEA region. This role partners closely with regional Total Rewards leaders, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to support the design and ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business strategy. The role offers strong exposure to regional projects, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage day-to-day GSTR cases and act as regional process owner and SME 

  • Support the administration and analysis of compensation and benefits programs across EMEA markets. 

  • Assist with annual compensation processes including salary review, incentive planning, and benchmarking activities. 

  • Conduct market pricing analyses using survey data to support pay competitiveness and internal equity. 

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support Total Rewards decision‑making. 

  • Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate implementation of compensation and benefits changes. 

  • Support regional benefits administration activities, including vendor coordination and employee data reviews. 

  • Ensure Total Rewards practices comply with local labor laws, governance standards, and internal policies. 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process documentation, and system enhancements. 

Qualifications 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 

Experience and Skills: 

Required: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, or a related analytical role. 

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) preferred. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced, regional environment. 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones. 

Preferred: 

  • Experience supporting compensation or benefits programs in multiple EMEA countries. 

  • Exposure to compensation surveys and benchmarking methodologies. 

  • Experience working in a large, matrixed, multinational organization. 

  • Knowledge of basic compensation principles, job evaluation, or incentive design. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Other: 

  • Language: Proficiency in English required; additional EMEA languages are a plus. 

  • Travel: Minimal travel expected (generally <10%, regional). 

  • Certifications: CCP or equivalent Total Rewards certification preferred but not required.
