DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) SOURCEVIEW Data Lead, located in Manila, Philippines.
The SOURCEVIEW Data Lead is responsible for overseeing customer data operations for the SOURCEVIEW™ platform, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and timely execution of daily data processes. This role mentors junior and senior analysts, drives data governance practices, ensures operational excellence, and contributes analytical insights that support MedTech’s commercial decision‑making. The Data Lead plays a critical part in safeguarding data integrity and strengthening analytical capability within Global Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end customer case operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of outputs aligned with business needs
Review and validate datasets to maintain strong data quality, integrity, and compliance standards
Review processed cases to maintain data integrity and compliance with data quality standards.
Mentor and develop analysts, providing guidance on data processing, analytical techniques, and problem-solving
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that support business and commercial decisions
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to enhance data workflows, reporting, and usability
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and automation
Support and strengthen data governance frameworks, including standards, controls, and quality monitoring
Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge resources to ensure consistency and scalability
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field required
Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or MBA) preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
5+ years of experience in data analysis, data operations, or a related analytical field
Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring analysts and managing day-to-day data operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large, complex datasets and generate insights
Experience with data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes
Proficiency in databases, analytical tools, and data visualization platforms
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
Preferred:
Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment
Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and compliance requirements
Experience driving process improvement, automation, or operational efficiency initiatives
Familiarity with healthcare, MedTech, or commercial analytics data
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize in a matrixed organization
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation and operational excellence
Other:
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English required
Travel: Limited international travel may be required
Certifications: Certifications in data analytics, data management, or visualization tools preferred
