DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Coordinator, Learning Program, located in Manila, Philippines.
The Coordinator, Learning Program plays a key role in supporting the delivery of impactful learning and development initiatives that enable employee growth and business performance. This role ensures the smooth coordination of training activities, supports program execution, and contributes to enhancing the overall learner experience. This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Learning Program Manager within the Global Talent Solutions Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and communications
• Assist in implementing training initiatives aligned with organizational learning strategy
• Coordinate virtual and in-person training sessions, including materials preparation and participant tracking
• Maintain learning systems and ensure accurate tracking of participant data, attendance, and completion records
• Monitor key metrics and generate basic reports and dashboards to support program evaluation
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support delivery of learning solutions
• Assist with evaluating training effectiveness and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Provide administrative and operational support for projects, meetings, and communications related to learning programs
• Ensure learning activities align with internal policies, processes, and quality standards
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Learning & Development, or related field preferred)
Experience and Skills:
Required:
• Typically 0–2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to coordinate programs and support administrative and operational processes
• Basic analytical skills to track and interpret data and metrics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment under supervision
Preferred:
• Experience supporting learning, training, or HR programs
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning tools (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
• Exposure to project or program coordination in a corporate environment
• Basic understanding of instructional design or adult learning principles
• Experience working with global or cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated interest in continuous improvement and process optimization
Other:
Language: Fluency in English required
Travel: Up to 10% (primarily regional, as needed)
Certifications: None required; HR or learning certifications are a plus
Schedule: Flexibility to occasionally support meetings or training sessions outside standard business hours to accommodate global time zones.
