Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Analyst, Exit – Global, located in Manila, Philippines. 

The Analyst, Exit – Global supports the execution of employee offboarding processes within Global Services HR. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of employee exits while delivering a positive employee experience. 

This position offers the opportunity to build foundational HR operations expertise in a regional shared services environment. You will contribute to high-quality service delivery, collaborate across functions, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and compliance across the employee lifecycle. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Execute end-to-end employee exit transactions, including resignations, terminations, retirements, and contract closures, in line with established procedures 
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness 
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and global HR standards 
• Partner with payroll, HR Business Partners, IT, and other stakeholders to support timely and seamless offboarding 
• Manage and track service requests, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) 
• Support preparation of reports and dashboards related to exit activity and service performance 
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality 
• Prepare documentation and support audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements 
• Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries related to exit processes in a timely and professional manner 
• Contribute to standardization and consistency of exit processes globally 

 

Qualifications 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field) 
• HR certification or relevant postgraduate coursework preferred 

 

Experience and Skills 

Required: 

• 0–2 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services  
• Basic understanding of employee lifecycle processes, particularly offboarding 
• Experience working with HR systems or data entry platforms 
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment 
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Foundational analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on HR data 

Preferred: 

• Exposure to HR shared services or global service delivery models 
• Familiarity with labor law requirements and compliance related to employee exits 
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives 
• Experience working with reporting tools, dashboards, or HR analytics 
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP) 
• Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization 
• Basic understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean principles) 

 

Other: 

 Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish required 
 Travel: Up to 5% regional or international travel 
 Certifications: HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred
