What you do

  • Supervise operation activities and processing to ensure they are in place
  • Approve and override financial transactions in accordance with banking policies
  • Implement control measures in accordance with bank’s procedures
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Promote and cross sell banking products and services
  • Manage and train up branch staff
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor



Who you are

  • F.5 Full Cert / Diploma holder
  • HKSI 1,7,8 required;
  • IIQE 1,2,3 required for staff carrying out “post sales call” duties while other staff will be an added advantage
  • Over 10 years of banking experience with a strong focus on branch operations, including customer service, transaction processing, and compliance.
