Janitor/ Custodial

(Warehouse/Industrial Setting)

Pay

• Training (Day Shift): $19.29/hour
• Night Shift: $20.45/hour

Schedule:

• Training: Day Shift- 7 AM- 3:30 PM
• Regular Schedule: Sunday night through Friday morning
• Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Full-Time | Overtime may be available
• Position starts through a temporary service with potential future opportunities

A Day in the Life

If you enjoy staying active and take pride in keeping things clean and organized, this is the job for you. Your day may include:

• Cleaning offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and operating floor scrubbers
• Emptying trash and recycling bins
• Documentation, chemical expiration audits, and monthly safety checks
• Dusting, disinfecting, and restocking supplies
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other surfaces
• Performing basic facility upkeep and reporting maintenance concerns
• Helping keep the facility safe, clean, and ready for daily operations
• Maintaining a safe and professional work environment

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs. and work in an industrial environment
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Attention to detail
