About The Company
Every Square Foot of Opportunity We’re a can-do company. Open to everything. Stopping at nothing. Always anticipating. Always improving. Giving you our all because it’s all about you. We’re hungry for new opportunities, new ways of doing things and new ways to make you feel welcome. By constantly pushing ourselves to be better, we’ve built a business that grows and adapts to you. Laramar People Originally co-founded in 1989 (known as Elkor Realty) by Jeff Elowe, Laramar benefits from an experienced management team of real estate professionals. From acquisitions to accounting, property management to finance, each team member executes their role with strong dedication. The result is a team that is diligent and focused, understanding the needs of investors. Laramar Properties Laramar targets investment opportunities for multi-family, mixed-use and senior housing properties. We then enhance these properties through redevelopment/renovation, management and repositioning. It is a process that has allowed us to establish our track record and build our portfolio to $1 billion in just over 10 years. It has also allowed us to develop properties that many now call home. Laramar Potential While we are driven by our people and focused on our properties, perhaps the greatest attribute of Laramar is our ability to realize potential. Whether that's the potential of an investment dollar, the potential of a property, or even our own potential for even greater success. We are now offering zero-dollar premium medical coverage to co-workers because we know that our people are what make us special. In this new endeavor, we wanted to #bewhatsnext by offering this exciting and innovative benefit, but furthermore, we wanted to #makeitmatter and act from a place of impact so our Laramar family can feel how truly valued they are. #laramarlove
