Description
ROLE
Supervisor role within the Sales Administration department, undertaking a variety of administration functions including sales tour check in, gifting and wave inventory management. This position will work closely with the Administration Manager to ensure the standards of service and protocols are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for professionally and courteously resolving escalated guest issues and complaints, and resolve any challenges including unsatisfied guests, including gifting issues
- Maintenance of the daily, weekly and monthly Sales wave inventory management for Open Marketing, OAD, Concierge and affiliated brokers
- Assist in administration functions such as bi-weekly work schedules, vendor ordering, team training, vendor check requests, sales room comps and upgrades
· Assist with creating new department initiatives and procedures
· Ensure the administration teams are following all SPR policies and procedures, completing daily tasks efficiently and correctly
· Support the daily functions of the team while cultivating team building and growth
· Assist with the training of new team members
· Support calls\text related to Broker Tours
· Additional duties that may be assigned to meet business needs
· Assist in the gifting and tour check-in area as needed
· Prepare accurate daily reports for management
· Maintain and enforce a professional environment
· Assist in the preparation of weekly mini-vac reports and packages
· Participate in innovative ways to advance department policies, processes and procedures
· Provide feedback to management of discrepancies or reoccurring problems
· Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Administration Manager
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum one year customer service or customer facing experience
· Outgoing and positive personality
· Strong desire to work, serve internal and external customers, and work with people; team oriented
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Ability to manage daily, weekly deadlines
· Must be able to obtain a TSR license
· Must be able to have a flexible work schedule
