About the Role

Description

Objective

This position is responsible for preparing the Brew Pub for opening operations. They arrive prior to the restaurant opening and follow the opening checklist, focusing on the tidying and cleaning of furniture, fixtures and the dinning area of the building.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Unroll and place floor mats.
  • Take down chairs.
  • Vacuum as needed.
  • Make sure all tables are lined up and in correct position.
  • Prep bucket of sanitizer and wipe down:

                    -Table Tops

                    -Chair seats, backs and legs

                    -Table bases

                    -All flat surfaces within arm's reach

  • Place silverware roll at every place setting with roll facing from the 2 o'clock to 7 o'clock position one inch from the edge of the table.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Must be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts to ensure restaurant is prepared for opening.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Genuine focus and care about the appearance of the restaurant.

Physical & Mental Requirements

Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations. Required to frequently lift and move 50 pounds. Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls.
