Job Description

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee communications.
  • Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support attendance, leave, and payroll documentation.
  • Ensure HR files and records are accurate and confidential.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
