Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

 

    1. Responsible for operation, maintenance & compliance of HVAC system. (AHU system, Hot water generation system & Heat Pump).
    2. Responsible for operation, maintenance & compliance of BMS/EMS system and Water systems (Ozone, UF, RO+EDI, PW water distribution, WFI water generation and distribution, Pure steam generation, IRF+UF & Vapor compression distiller system)
    3. Responsible for preparation of periodic reports of operation, maintenance, calibration etc.
    4. Responsible for All audit and compliance related activities.
    5. To ensure that compliance (regulatory, statutory and legal) are understood, implemented and monitored regularly. To adhere to principles of Good Engineering Practices (GEP).
    6. Responsible for engineering documentation – SOP, Calibration, Preventive maintenance, Departmental training program & Periodic validation.
    7. Responsible for Monitoring of Building and facility maintenance.
    8. Responsible to ensure assets are utilized properly and operated as per SOPs.
    9. Responsible for cross functional Co-ordination & Comply the system documentation during qualification activities.
    10. Responsible for planning and execution of Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) for Engineering equipment’s
    11. Record and report all the achievements, mistakes, best practices, mishaps and value additions to L+1, HOD and Plant SLT in order to be prepared for corrective actions for future projects
    12. Responsible for Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), FMEA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other functional training to develop the employees' competence and skill and improve the existing maintenance processes
    13. Responsible to ensure that all the drawings and technical specifications of the equipment and system in his area is updated.
    14. Responsible for Co-ordination with internal and external vendors for routine maintenance issues, Operation contracts and for in-house projects.
    15. Responsible for preparation and review quality management system (change control, incidents, deviations, risk assessment and impact assessment).
    16. Responsible to Ensure Quality Compliance Program audits are completed as per schedule and action plans arising out of observations are implemented.
    17. Preparation and reviewing of qualification documents URS, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ protocols and summary reports.
    18. Execution of validation/qualification Protocols such as periodic review, supplement protocols.
    19. Knowledge of ISO & OHSAS documentation.
    20. Responsible for engineering safety standard implementation and compliance.
    21. To introduce initiatives to reduce cost and save energy and other utilities.
    22. Procurement of spares/necessary resources for the respective area maintenance through SAP.
