P&C Payroll Analyst

Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Data Aggregation and Input Support
• Aggregate, prepare, and maintain payroll input data (joiners, leavers, amendments) across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Perform data validation checks and reconcile payroll inputs against cutoff deadlines prior to submission
• Coordinate with member firm payroll teams and external providers to ensure timely, accurate processing for local and cross-border entities
• Track and monitor payroll changes across differing member firm requirements

2. Inquiry Handling and Escalation (Tier 1 and Tier 2)
• Resolve routine (Tier 1) payroll and process inquiries within defined playbooks and service levels
• Work more complex (Tier 2) inquiries on an asynchronous basis, applying judgment to research and resolve, or to escalate with clear context
• Escalate items beyond scope, or that indicate a process or automation issue, to the in-country or CoE team promptly
• Arrange clarifying calls with stakeholders during the EMEA coverage window where written exchange is insufficient

3. Controls, Reconciliation, and Data Integrity
• Support payroll reconciliations, including benefits, deductions, and statutory payments within the relevant EMEA jurisdictions
• Adhere to payroll cutoff calendars and control checkpoints; maintain accurate, auditable records
• Uphold segregation between input preparation and approval, and maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee and payroll data

4. Documentation, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to and maintain process documentation and run books (process and transformation design owned by the CoE team)
• Generate regular payroll and status reports
• Surface recurring issues, data quality gaps, and improvement opportunities to the CoE & in-country teams

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in payroll, shared-services, or multi-country payroll operations
• Demonstrated ability to handle payroll exceptions and inquiries independently, with sound escalation judgment
• Exposure to multi-country payroll or a shared-services environment (required, given the EMEA multi-jurisdiction scope)
• Experience with HR and payroll systems and aggregation tooling; working understanding of upstream (source-to-gross) payroll processes across HR, Finance, and IT inputs
• Willingness to work in a global support environment (EMEA-focused)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data; ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, validation, reconciliation)
• Comfort operating in a structured, controls-driven, process environment against deadlines
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize across jurisdictions
• Clear written communication and effective stakeholder coordination across member firms
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when handling employee data

Work Setup
• Hybrid working arrangement
• EMEA coverage shift. Indicative Manila hours of approximately 2:00pm to 11:00pm to cover the Irish working day, with a light overlap into the US morning that can be extended as US scope grows
