Two Bunch Palms seeks to reconnect with its historic legacy by staying grounded to the natural elements while bringing in best-in-class wellness experiences through its four pillars of service: World-class hot mineral waters, healing spa treatments, healthier gourmet food and movement & fitness programs. Together with Pear Solar, the resort will become the first carbon-neutral resort in North America with the construction of a solar field due to be commissioned in May of 2015. Set in 77 lush acres, the resort has 70 newly renovated rooms, an award winning spa, Essense - a farm to table restaurant, Viewpoint - a private meeting center, and more than 35 movement and enrichment classes weekly.

Job Description

Custom Hotel is looking for highly motivated hospitality professional, to serve as an Engineer. The Engineer will provide customer service excellence at all times, by creating a personable and memorable experience for guests while maintaining the functionality and safety of the hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests
  • Must perform task like repairing of various equipment and materials, replacement of electronics, painting, cleaning or wiring work.
  • Conducting preventative maintenance to guest rooms, maintenance repairs and services.
  • Daily technical inspection rounds
  • Perform general maintenance work
  • Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
  • Follow hotel security guidelines
  • Perform other duties from the norm as requested by General Manager
