Land Rover San Francisco is one of the most iconic luxury automotive destinations in the country -- a high-volume, award-winning store in the heart of downtown San Francisco serving an exclusive, high-net-worth clientele. The Service Valet is a guest-facing, hands-on role at the center of that experience -- and for the right person, a natural path into a service writing career.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Pick up and drop off guest vehicles at their home, office, or other locations -- representing Land Rover San Francisco professionally in every interaction

• Shuttle guests to and from the dealership as needed -- providing a warm, courteous experience that reflects the premium standard of the brand

• Wash and prepare vehicles to dealership presentation standards -- ensuring every car is clean and ready when the guest needs it

• Move and stage vehicles throughout the service drive, lot, and service bays safely and efficiently

• Assist service advisors with vehicle coordination, staging, and delivery logistics to keep the service operation running without delays

• Greet guests on the service drive with a professional, composed presence -- you are often the first and last impression of the day

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, lot, and common areas at all times

• Support the service team with general tasks that keep the department operating at full speed


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No prior automotive experience required -- we will train the right person from day one

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required, as off-site vehicle pickup and delivery is central to this role

• Comfortable navigating San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area -- confident driving in an urban environment

• Professional, polished, and composed with guests -- Land Rover clientele expects a premium experience at every touchpoint

• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job right every time

• Able to remain on your feet and stay active throughout your shift

• A hospitality mindset -- every vehicle you handle and every guest you encounter deserves your full attention and care
