Qualification and Work Experience:

  1. Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  2. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales support, admissions, marketing, or customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  1. Handle inquiries from prospective students through calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels. 

  2. Provide accurate information regarding programs, admissions, eligibility criteria, fees, and enrolment procedures.

  3. Support the admissions and sales teams in lead management and student conversion activities. 

  4. Maintain and update student records, inquiry databases, and CRM systems with complete accuracy. 

  5. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to guide them through the admission process.

  6. Assist applicants with documentation, application submission, and enrolment formalities. 

  7. Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to inquiries, admissions, and conversions.

  8. Coordinate with academic, admissions, and student support teams to ensure a seamless student experience. 

  9. Support digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, webinars, seminars, and promotional events. 

  10. Ensure timely resolution of student queries and provide excellent customer service. 

  11. Maintain professional communication standards and represent the university positively. 

  12. Contribute towards achieving admission and enrolment targets while ensuring a student-centric approach.

  13. Assist in administrative and operational activities related to admissions and student engagement.

  14. Stay updated on university programs, policies, and admission processes to provide accurate guidance to prospective students.
