About the Role

Educational Qualifications :
Candidate should be a graduate from recognized university

Professional Experience :
Minimum: 5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant/Administrative Officer in a reputed educational institution, university, corporate organization, or government office.

Experience in handling senior executive offices, academic administration, or higher education institutions will be preferred.

Computer Skills :

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive) 

  • Email and Calendar Management 

  • ERP/University Management Systems (Oracle ERP or equivalent) 

  • Video Conferencing Platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet) 

  • Document Management Systems 

  • Internet Research and Online Collaboration Tools 

  • Data Management and Report Preparation

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the Vice Chancellor's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. 

  • Organize and prioritize correspondence, emails, telephone calls, and official communications. 

  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), presentations, reports, and official documents. 

  • Draft, review, and format official letters, circulars, notices, and confidential correspondence.

  • Monitor follow-up on decisions and action points assigned by the Vice Chancellor. 

  • Ensure timely communication between the Vice Chancellor's office and various university departments.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity. 

  • Ensure compliance with university policies, statutory regulations, and administrative procedures.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Vice Chancellor from time to time.
