Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Welcome guests and represent the hotel brand with professionalism and warmth
  • Serve as a single point of contact for guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure
  • Manage guest feedback and complaints efficiently, resolving issues to the highest standard of satisfaction
  • Promote the company's ALL loyalty programme to all guests
  • Prepare and organise all necessary documentation required for daily operations
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with company policy
  • Flexibly support both reception and food & beverage operations based on hotel occupancy and operational requirements
  • Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities and proactive problem-solving in this fast-paced, hands-on role
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment regulations and maintain a current valid visa

24-32 hours per week, flexibility is an essential aspect as the role, must be able to work weekends. Shifts are varied as below and differ each week:

Typical Shifts-

06.45am to 15:15pm

12:00pm until 20:30pm 

14.45pm 23.15pm 

£13.40 per hour

 

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Friendly and approachable with excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility in working hours essential
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Adaptability to handle various tasks and changing priorities

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
  • Full training will be provided
