一、岗位基本信息
岗位名称: 基建工程师
所属部门: 设备设施及维护部
汇报关系: 直接上级岗位:工程主管 直接下级岗位: 无
二、任职资格
教育程度: 大学本科及以上学历,大学英语四级或以上,基建工程等相关专业
工作经验: 3年以上基建工程专业经验
专业技能要求: 掌握并熟练运用基建工程施工、预算知识,熟悉运用Office、Project办公软件,AutoCAD制图软件,以及工程造价软件
能力要求:
1)认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关安全生产、劳动保护、环境保护法规和政策。
2)负责参与公司“四新”项目的环保、职业健康安全 “三同时”评审。
3)负责工艺改进、新品开发、替代材料的环境影响、健康安全的分析、评审。
4)主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改
5)积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动,提出合理化建议

四、主要岗位职责
. 制度与规划
- 参与编制公司基建设施年度业务计划
2. 基础设施的建设(新建、扩建、改建)和管理
- 1)对项目进行技术、费用分析
- 2)推荐潜在供应商,签定技术协议,配合采购招标
- 3)负责项目实施,做好质量、进度、投资、安全、环境等检查和控制
- 4)做好相关记录
- 5)建立工程台帐及资料归档
3. 工程维护
- 1)受理基建工程维修申请,制定实施方案、费用测算、施工管理、组织验收
4.遵守与执行体系要求
- 1)遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求
- 2)负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作
5.领导交办的其他业务
