We’re looking for a full-time Receptionist for our West Jordan, Utah office!


This position is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls and greeting guests, all in a friendly and efficient manner. The Receptionist will also be responsible for miscellaneous administrative duties, including assisting with print jobs, and event planning.


Duties Include:

  • Answer and route incoming calls politely and efficiently.
  • Help keep kitchen area clean and restock items as needed.
  • Greet guests and help make them feel comfortable while waiting.
  • Managing office inventory.
  • Assist in event planning and execution.
  • Assist with employee incentives, expenses and errands.
  • Assist in lunch orders.
  • Assist in setting up trainings.
  • Assist in birthday and anniversary recognitions.
  • Maintaining the vending machine.
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Fast learner.
  • Previous experience answering phones preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft office.
  • Friendly and customer service oriented.
  • Valid Driver's License 

Compensation and Benefits:


Salary is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
