What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Parts Sales Retail Associate, you will be a trusted resource for customers looking for the right parts, tools, and solutions for their vehicles.

· Welcome customers, listen to their needs, and help them find the right automotive parts and accessories.

· Share product knowledge and provide practical guidance with confidence and professionalism.

· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.

· Keep the sales floor clean, organized, stocked, and easy for customers to shop.

· Support inventory management by restocking merchandise, checking product availability, and helping maintain accurate stock levels.

· Work closely with teammates to meet sales goals and deliver a positive customer experience.

· Continue learning about automotive parts, new products, and industry trends so you can grow your expertise.


What We’re Looking For

You do not need to know everything on day one, but you should enjoy helping people, learning quickly, and working in a busy retail environment.


· Previous experience in automotive parts sales, retail sales, customer service, or a related field is strongly preferred.

· Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

· Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work well in a fast-paced setting.

· Basic computer skills and comfort using point-of-sale systems.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

· A positive attitude, dependable work habits, and a willingness to keep learning.

Requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Able to work on feet (stand and walk) for entire assigned work shift.

· Capable of lifting and moving parts and boxes of up to 60 pounds.

· Able to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and able to reach upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary.

· Able to turn brake drums and rotors, and repair/make up hydraulic hose assemblies (if appropriate).

· Able to move engine blocks, core barrels, and other heavy equipment with moving aids designed to move such items, including hand trucks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, etc.
