Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service? We're looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment! As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience from arrival through departure.


Please Note: This position requires full schedule flexibility, including the ability to work morning, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business needs. Applicants must be available to work any shift assigned.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and general inquiries.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Process payments, verify guest information, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
  • Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel policies to ensure operational excellence.
  • Accurately balance cash and complete shift responsibilities, including overnight audit support when assigned.

Requirements

 

  • Must be available to work a fully flexible schedule, including AM, PM, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and guest services preferred.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel property management systems.
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications, if applicable.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
