Trinity Management Company, a leading multifamily real estate management company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our people strategy and support our growing portfolio of properties and talent. Our properties are in the greater Phoenix area, and our home office is located in Tucson.

What You’ll Do:

As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our employee experience, ensuring our team is empowered, engaged, and aligned with our mission. Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent for roles across property management, leasing, maintenance, and administration. 
  • Employee Relations: Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture by addressing employee needs, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication. 
  • Performance Management: Design and implement programs to drive high performance, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives. 
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies specific to the real estate industry. 
  • Training & Development: Develop onboarding programs and ongoing training to equip our team with the skills to excel in a dynamic real estate environment. 
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and competitive compensation strategies to retain top talent. 
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, supporting our expansion and operational success.


Who You Are:

  • A proven HR leader with at least 5 years of experience, ideally in real estate, property management, or a related field. 
  • Skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, with a track record of building strong teams. 
  • Knowledgeable about employment laws and regulations (e.g., Fair Housing, OSHA, ADA) relevant to real estate operations. 
  • A proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to connect with employees at all levels. 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP or SPHR, are a plus). 
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity) and Microsoft Office Suite.
